Coregistered Visible-LWIR Imager Samples

This movie was taken with Equinox's coregistered visible/LWIR imager. The false-color images depict coregistered visible and LWIR light. Red areas represent areas of heat, while blue areas represent cooler areas as measured in thermal LWIR. While watching the movie, notice how the visible intensity changes as the external light source is moved from one side of the view to the other while color hues representing thermal signatures remain mostly invariant.

This movie was also taken with Equinox's coregistered visible/LWIR imager in front of the world famous Plaza Hotel in New York City. Note the warm areas of red color associated with the cars' engines and the horses' bodies.
